Returns and Refunds Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The item must also have a valid reason for return, such as a factory defect or damage. Please note that used, opened, or items without their original packaging will not be eligible for return. You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at ad.cici.nails@gmail.com and provide a valid reason for the return along with supporting photos or evidence. The product will first be tested and checked by our team to determine if the return is acceptable. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
