Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping
We currently only offer shipping to Germany. If you are located outside Germany, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request and explore alternative shipping solutions.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. This includes the time required to create, package, and prepare your order for shipment. Please note that orders are only processed during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time is typically between 2 to 4 business days. This timeline is based on the shipping provider's delivery window from the point when your order is dispatched and we notify you of the shipment.

We aim to deliver your package as quickly as possible, but please note that we reserve the right for a maximum shipping duration of up to 8 business days. While the majority of our shipments arrive within the 2 to 4-day timeframe, external factors such as weather conditions, holidays, or other logistics issues may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking and Notification
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification along with tracking information, where available, so you can follow your package’s journey. Please check your email regularly for these updates.

Shipping Fees
We offer a standard shipping rate of €6.99 for orders within Germany. For orders over €100.00, we offer free standard shipping. All shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, and shipping costs are non-refundable in case of a return.

Customs and Import Duties (for international shipments)
Please note that if we arrange shipping outside of Germany upon special request, customs fees, taxes, and import duties may apply, and the recipient will be responsible for these charges. We recommend checking your local customs policies to understand any additional costs you may incur.

Return and Refund Policies

Please remember that shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a return unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product).
